Clinician development is an important component of the delivery of clinical best practice. As Australasia’s largest Dental Support Organisation (DSO), we know that supporting our clinician’s development is one of the great services we offer.
For recently graduated clinicians, or those joining our network with an overseas qualification, assimilating into the world of private dental practice can be a daunting task, which is why we've invested heavily in our Clinical Development Program.
Kickstart
Kickstart is designed for the clinician either joining our organisation, entering the profession early in their career or joining our organisation after overseas training and qualification. It provides a focus on foundational principles of clinical best practice and is a series designed for any clinician to gain a great early uplift in their career.
Momentum
Momentum is designed for any clinician wanting to build on their experience and knowledge with more in-depth analysis of best practice and evidence-based dentistry. These will be based on the fields of dentistry that are most common in general dental practice, focussing on the quality of care, and efficient management of the practice and time with patients.
Accelerate
Accelerate is designed to allow our more experienced clinicians an opportunity to refine their skills and accelerate toward success both clinically and financially
